When you purchase a product or service from JYSK store or JYSK.ca, you may need to provide us
with contact and payment information (such as credit card information) so that we can
process your request or complete your transaction and communicate with you regarding your
purchase. When you provide us your email address, we may use it for the purpose of sending
you an e-receipt or promotional information. You can opt-out of promotional messages anytime
by following the instructions at the bottom of our emails with the “Unsubscribe” button.
To create an account order products and services from JYSK.ca or access other services, you

create your account, process your payment, correspond with you about your order, and respond
to your inquiries. If you purchase an e-gift card for someone other than yourself, we
collect the recipient’s name and email address in order to send the gift card on your

obtained consent from the third party to permit JYSK to collect, use, and disclose the third
party’s personal information for the purposes of fraud prevention and shipping the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases and therefore
JYSK offers a Return Policy. To process a return, JYSK may ask for personal information such
as your name, address, and telephone number for the purposes of detecting and preventing
