When you provide us your email address, we may use it for the purpose of sending you an e-receipt or promotional information. You can opt-out of promotional messages anytime by following the instructions at the bottom of our emails with the “Unsubscribe” button.

Online Accounts

To create an account order products and services from or access other services, you may be asked to provide certain personal information, such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, or payment card information. We use this information to create your account, process your payment, correspond with you about your order, and respond to your inquiries. If you purchase an e-gift card for someone other than yourself, we collect the recipient’s name and email address in order to send the gift card on your behalf. We rely on you to ensure that you have obtained consent to provide this information to us.

If you choose to ship an order to a third party, you represent and warrant that you have obtained consent from the third party to permit JYSK to collect, use, and disclose the third party’s personal information for the purposes of fraud prevention and shipping the order.

Returns and Exchanges

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases and therefore JYSK offers a Return Policy. To process a return, JYSK may ask for personal information such as your name, address, and telephone number for the purposes of detecting and preventing fraud. You may also be asked to produce photo ID for verification purposes only.

Applying for the JYSK Credit Card through Flexiti

When you apply for a JYSK credit card, contact and financial information is collected and reviewed by our credit card provider, Flexiti, to approve, establish and maintain credit card accounts. Flexiti has its own privacy policy, which outlines its relationship with you. We encourage you to read their privacy statement provided at the time of your credit application.

Purchase Follow-Up and Surveys

Post purchase, we may send you a follow-up communication to thank you for your business, or we may contact you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product, and or delivery of your new product.
