JYSK Canada is a franchisee of the global JYSK brand. The first Canadian JYSK store was opened in 1996 in Coquitlam, BC. Today, there are over 60 JYSK stores across Canada, with locations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.

I have been with JYSK for 9 years and have worked extensively at two of our locations in Winnipeg. I’ve worked my way up from part-time Cashier, to Assistant Store Manager, to Store Operations Manager, and am proud to now be a Store Manager. I am passionate about inspiring my team by mentoring them to develop their skills and confidence to grow within JYSK – just like I did. I also tell my fellow colleagues to remember that a smile can make a big difference in someone’s day!
