Similarly, prices at any JYSK retail location may or may not be matched for online purchases on this website. Furthermore, JYSK charges sales tax for products ordered on this website based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped.

	Please note that although JYSK attempts to display the colors of the product shown on this website as accurately as possibly, we cannot guarantee that the color you see online matches the actual product(s) color.

16.	COMMERCIAL USE WARRANTY WAIVER
	JYSK Linen ‘n Furniture is proud to offer home furnishings to our customers with a 1 year limited warranty. During this period, JYSK will repair/replace any item deemed to be defective or incomplete provided the item is used as it is intended, assembled as directed and used for residential purposes only. Our furniture is manufactured to withstand the daily rigors normally encountered in your home but is not recommended for commercial use. The 1 year warranty is not valid when the product is used for commercial purposes and abused or altered in any way. If used commercially, JYSK will honor a warranty for a period of 90 days from purchase on any factory defect or shortage that may arise within that period. In this time period we will repair/replace any item in whole or part as necessary. Manufacturer’s warranty may exceed 1 year.
17.	ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION OF PRODUCT(S)
	The assembly and installation of the product(s) purchased by the Buyer shall be performed by the Buyer at the Buyer’s own responsibility. JYSK Canada shall not assume any legal liability in relation to the assembly and installation of the product(s). JYSK Canada shall not assume any legal liability for damages to the product(s), the Buyer, or their property, or other accidents caused during the assembly or installation.
