This sofa would be ideal for someone who doesn't have children or pets. My daughter and cat destroyed this couch. All of the legs fell off or bent to the point of needing to be taken off. The leather peeled and has come off in some areas. Other than that it's nice. The pillows stayed fluffy. The couch can be easily cleaned and wiped down. Good couch but not for kids and pets :(
The low profile makes it great for small spaces so it's ideal downtown living but it's not too small to work in large living rooms either (I've had it in both). I'll sleep on it when I have friends visiting and it's actually pretty comfortable, so that's an added bonus.
It looks just as good in person as it does in the pictures.
We own it for more than 6 months now, it's just great, given that it's cheap...it doesn't look cheap :) the finish and look is lovely, the only suggestion would be to put it away from any plugs/power outlets, because the back side of the sofa is not firm and you might end up with a bumpy surface. Which is bad if you decide to put the sofa as a divider in a room (exposing the back) if it's not an issue for you then don't mind the suggestion. For lesser money and richer look, go for it! Cheers :)
