Three simple steps from order to pickup.
Shop jysk.ca and select your preferred store at checkout. You'll receive an email confirming we've received your order.
Once your order is accepted and prepared, we'll send a second email letting you know it's ready to pick up. Please wait for this email before heading to the store.
Bring your ready email and photo ID to the information kiosk at your selected store. Our team will help you collect your order.
You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
The first email you receive from us after placing an order online will be a confirmation of receipt of the order. This does not mean your order is ready to be picked up.
You will receive a second confirmation email letting you know that you can head to the store to pick up your order. Please do not go to the store to pick up your order until you receive this notification.
Please provide a valid photo ID that verifies the name and address on your ID matches the name and address on the order.
Your order will be available at the location you selected during the ordering process. If you're unsure which location you selected, please refer to your pickup notification email. When you arrive at the store, please go to the information kiosk and someone will assist you with collecting your order.
For paid pickup orders, due to our credit card processor's terms and conditions, only the cardholder listed in the billing address or the person listed in the shipping address on the online order can pick up the order.
Most items are eligible for pickup as long as we have it in stock. You can see if the item is available for store pickup on the product page or by calling the store directly.

Your order will be held for 30 days from the date we send your pickup-ready notification email. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and a refund will be applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that certain times of the year we may be limited in how long we can hold orders in our stores. Be sure to pay close attention to the timeframe listed in your notification email.
If you are unable to provide a valid photo ID matching the billing or shipping last name on the order, the store will not be able to release the products to you. Please contact us toll-free at 1-888-696-JYSK (5975) ahead of time if you are not able to do so.
