FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I check the status of my order?
We are not able to provide an update on orders placed within the last 10 business days. 
Please allow that processing time and you will receive an update within 10 business days. 
If it's been more than 12 business days, we invite you to call us at 1-888-696-5975
Our customer care team is open Mon-Sat, 7am-8pm and Sun, 7am-6pm. 

Why am I having difficulty getting through to your customer service team?
We are currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of calls and messages. 
We can assure you that our team is working very hard to respond to all customer 
inquiries in a timely manner. We thank you for your patience and understanding 
during these uncertain times!

CONTACTLESS CURBSIDE PICKUP / WAREHOUSE PICKUP

Are the warehouse pick-up hours the same?
Our Pitt Meadows warehouse hours will be as follows:

Monday to Friday: 8 am – 2 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Are the stores still available over the phone?
All of our open stores and stores open for curbside pickup can be reached during their operating hours.
Operating hours for each store are updated on our website and on Google.

SHIPPING & HOME DELIVERY

What type of Shipping & Delivery do you offer?
Parcel Shipping:
With parcel shipping, all your smaller items can be delivered right to your home. 
Shipping is contactless with the drivers placing your order outside your door.

Truck delivery:
Depending on where you are in Canada we may have home delivery options for you.
All deliveries are contactless with the drivers placing your order outside your door.
JYSK is currently offering home delivery for $99 fee*

Are home deliveries still in effect?
As we continue to strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience,
home deliveries are still in effect for many areas (see online shopping cart for details). 
Kindly note that deliveries will be left on the doorstep.  

Are there any delays in processing and/or shipping times?
We are currently experiencing a delay of 6-10 business days in processing orders due to high volume,
we do not anticipate any delays impacting our shipping times or 
home delivery service. Should delays occur, we thank you for your patience and understanding

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Has your exchange and return policy changed?

We are pleased to resume in-store returns and exchanges on eligible purchases at this time. Visit any store that’s currently open* to complete your return or exchange. If your receipt has expired, we will take our closing period into consideration. 
All conditions of the JYSK Standard Return Policy apply.
*Our Saskatchewan locations are not accepting returns or exchanges at this moment. Thank you for your understanding.
