General Rules

  1.  All prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor(s) reserve(s) the right to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value, including cash equivalent to the advertised approximate retail value, in the event of the unavailability of the advertised prize. The prize may not be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash. Sponsor’s(’) judges' rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prizes. All entries become the property of the Sponsor(s) and none will be returned.

  2. Contestants will be required to return a signed release and acknowledgement form before being declared a winner, confirming compliance with the contest rules and releasing the Sponsor(s) from any liability in respect of the prize or operation of the contest. By entering this contest, each contestant consents to the use of his/her entry, name, address and/or photograph, likeness, voice or statements in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor(s) and/or its/their advertising agencies, without further compensation. Further, entrants certify that the entry constitutes their own unpublished work, and agree to transfer all copyright to the Sponsor(s), and to waive all moral rights in and to such work.

  3. The Sponsor is not responsible or liable for: i. any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest; ii. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or system failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; iii. any technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or problems of entrants on account of technical problems; or any other technical problem which delays, mutilates or in any other respect results in an entry not conforming to the contest rules. Decisions of the Sponsor(s) or judges are final in this regard.

  4. 4. QUEBEC RESIDENTS: Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

  5. The Sponsor may, by posting a notice at, cancel, modify or suspend any or all of these contests at any time in the event of production or other unanticipated problems, irregularities or technical failures or corruptions, computer bugs or viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes not directly caused by the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, or the odds of winning. Contestants must comply with these Rules and will be deemed to have received and understood the Rules if they participate in the contest.
